The estimated delivery time depends on the destination country. The average is 1-3 weeks but in some cases, like high demand shipping, can take up to 3 to 6 weeks. Delivery time may differ depending on the delivery address and availability of delivery resources. Please note that delivery time may be longer due to the high demand for our items.

Shipping times will be effected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Our tracker uses most of the global delivery options. Open the "tracking" page and use your tracking number if it has been sent. Please note that for some orders, you may need to select the respective shipping company, and that information can be found with the tracking number email.
